This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. The Period of Performance for this service shall be one (1) base period and four (4) year option periods.
All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at
www.sam.gov. Interested SBs must be listed as a SB in SAM to receive contract awards. Any SDVOSB must be registered on Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) to be eligible for award.
Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Regulated Medical Waste. The disposal of the Regulated Medical Waste will be performed at the below facilities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement:
Overton Brooks VAMC, 510 E. Stoner Ave, Shreveport, Louisiana
Knight Street VA Clinic, 3000 Knight Street, Building 5 Shreveport, Louisiana
Monroe CBOC, 250 DeSiard Plaza Drive, Monroe, Louisiana
Texarkana CBOC, 5701 Summerhill Rd, Texarkana, Texas
Longview CBOC, 1005 N. Eastman Rd. Longview, Texas
Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and no later Than Tuesday 1:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 10/15/2024. Please annotate subject line of e-mail with Technical Questions 36C25625Q0041 -RFI-Sources Sought- Regulated Medical Waste Shreveport, LA and send to T Miller, Contract Specialist, at t.miller@va.gov. Please include in your questions in the section of the Sources Sought/page number that your question is referencing.
