2023 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – EDDYSTONE LIGHTHOUSE HALL PARK

Project Description: Eddystone Borough will receive sealed bids online for the 2023 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – EDDYSTONE LIGHTHOUSE HALL PARK until Friday, November 15, 2024 at 10 am at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted via pennbid. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid – www.PennBid.net.
This project consists of the rehabilitation and upgrades to an existing passive park seating area including demolition of existing site features, site grading, erosion control, sidewalk installation, coordination of pavilion installation with manufacturer (by-others), landscaping and other miscellaneous site improvements at the Lighthouse Hall Seating Area in the Borough of Eddystone.
Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions including Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price.
All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof. Eddystone Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
