CLARIFYING INFORMATION
Question #1: I have not been able to find a completion date , substantial or final for this
project. Please advise?
Answer #1: See Note 10 on page 17-18 of the contract documents. This section indicates
that the contract time will not start until ‘construction related work’ has commenced. The
intent of this statement is to allow the contractor reasonable time to procure materials prior
to construction.
The substantial completion date may vary depending on a couple of factors: when the
contractor elects to begin ‘construction related work’ and whether or not the contractor
requests, and is approved to work between November 1st, 2024 and March 3rd, 2025.
The final completion date shall be 180 contract days or August 29, 2025, whichever comes
first.
The date and time of Proposal due is still applicable, July 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
NOTE THAT ALL ADDENDA MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED IN WRITING BY BIDDERS.
