Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Franklin Keywords: Culvert Replacement Bid Description: The Town of St. Albans is issuing a Request for Bids for the replacement of a corrugated metal pipe arch culvert with a Contech aluminum pipe arch or equal and associated site work. To view the complete Request for Bids, please go to the Town’s website at www.stalbanstown.com. Seal bids will be received at Town Hall located at 398 Georgia Shore Road, until 10:00 A.M. local time, Thursday, June 4th, 2026. The Bids received will be opened publicly at that time. Completion date for this project is October 15th, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, May 21st, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. on-site. All questions shall be referred to the Director of Public Works Kevin McAleer at K.McAleer@stalbanstown.com. Deadline for questions is end of day Monday, June 1st, 2026.
