Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .  Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site.

Proposals must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than June 26,2025, at 2:00 PM, Local Time. Proposals will be publicly acknowledged via videoconference immediately thereafter.  Attendance of the acknowledgment is available by online video conference.

Award is scheduled for the September 2, 2025, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time thereafter.
