THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND: This Request for Proposal (RFP/Event/Solicitation) is to accept offers and contract with a vendor(s) to provide Transportation, Secure, Auto, of Vulnerable Adults and Youth, on an as needed basis to the Department of Human Services.
The State reserves the right to negotiate any aspect of any or all responsible responses which may include, but not limited to Specifications.
Locate and download all Event documents and attachments for full and complete Event information.
QUESTIONS. If you have questions about the contents of the RFP, you must submit your questions to Jeffrey Combs at jeffrey.combs@state.mn.us by 3:00 PM on December 16, 2024.
