A non-mandatory prebid meeting will be conducted for the project on 09/16/25@ 2pm by video conference. All prospective bidders or their representatives (employees) are encouraged to attend. Prospective bidders who plan to attend the pre-bid conference shall notify the project manager by 09/12/25 by Close of Business of their planned attendance and for instruction on attending the pre-bid conference. Please email [email protected] to provide a contact phone number and email address. After the meeting, interested parties may visit the sites on their own to familiarize themselves with the sites. Questions applicable to the Project Specifications should be submitted to the County Project Manager no later than two days prior to the scheduled date of the pre-bid meeting.
While attendance to the prebid meeting is not mandatory, Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend both the prebid meeting and visit the sites, as the scope of this work requires significant familiarity with the existing site conditions. Persons bidding on this project "sight unseen" do so at their own risk. Interested parties may contact the County Project Manager, Mr. Eric Shimada at 808-270-7511 or via email at [email protected] for directions to the site and general questions about the project.
