Project Description: The work to be completed under this contract consists of all labor, equipment and materials necessary to
complete various stormwater management maintenance projects at seven (7) locations in Warminster
Township: Centennial Road, Laurel Avenue, Manor Drive, Arbor Lane, Lavera Road, Kemper Drive and Acorn
Drive. The stormwater work generally includes the following: replacement of 3’x12’ and 3’x16’ box culverts,
replacement of a 42” diameter Smooth Lined Corrugated Plastic Pipe (167 linear foot and 200 linear foot)
and a 72” diameter Smooth Lined Corrugated Plastic Pipe (163 linear foot), streambank restoration,
installation of concrete wing walls, a concrete endwall, a manhole, inlets and cofferdams, and the relocation
of a shed. Construction will occur in Township easements and rights-of-way and will involve roadway,
sidewalk, curb, riparian buffer and lawn restoration.
