NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed Bids for the following services will be received by the Monroe

County Water Authority (the “Authority”) at its Operations Center, 475 Norris Drive, Rochester, New York

14610-0999, pursuant to Section 1108 of the Public Authorities Law, until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on

Thursday, November 20, 2025 at which time and place they will be opened via WebEx or telephone

conferencing and read aloud. A WebEx meeting link will be sent out to all plan holders and posted at

https://www.mcwa.com/public-information/procurement-opportunities/, the meeting password is:

BidOpening. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.

Beach Avenue Water Main Replacement

Furnish and install approximately 4,600 linear feet of 8” ductile iron water main and appurtenances

on Beach Avenue (County Road 128) in the Town of Greece.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025 via

WebEx or telephone conferencing. If you wish to attend the video conference, please e-mail the

procurement officer, Katie Shepard at katie.shepard@mcwa.com to obtain an invite.

The Bidding Documents, including drawings, may be obtained from the Monroe County Water Authority

by contacting Cady Joy at cady.joy@mcwa.com or (585) 442-2001 ext. 268, MaryKay Antelli at

marykay.antelli@mcwa.com or (585) 442-2001 ext. 456 or by contacting Thomas Doerr at

tom.doerr@mcwa.com or (585) 442-2001 ext. 460. The Bidding Documents can be picked up at the

Operations Center by making arrangements with Ms. Joy, Mrs. Antelli or Mr. Doerr or can be sent out via

FedEx by providing a valid FedEx account number. There is no fee for the Bidding Documents.
