Sealed proposals for the Lackawanna County Main Street Retaining Wall Repair Project in Archbald Borough will be received by the County Controller at 123 Wyoming Avenue, 2nd Floor, Controller's Office, Lackawanna County Government Center, Scranton, PA 18503 until 11 a.m. on March 5, 2026; bids will be publicly opened and read aloud the same day at 2 p.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room, 5th Floor, Lackawanna County Government Center.
The Contract Documents may be obtained electronically by registering with Sarah Booher at sbooher@gpinet.com.com Bids must be submitted upon the forms furnished by the county. Only registered bidders will be on record to receive addenda.
