INFORMATIONAL AND MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.
Dear Valued Suppliers:
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Indo-Pacific hereby issues this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify sources capable and interested in fulfilling a potential requirement for the purchase and delivery of commercial construction aggregate materials such as ready-mix concrete, asphalt, sand, and crushed rock. All items will need to be delivered to Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands (which includes Saipan, Tinian, and Rota).
The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine an acquisition strategy that will enhance our support of U.S. Military customers worldwide as well as to determine what your industry will be capable of providing with respect to the required items. This Notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP) and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any information or pricing received will not be binding. The U.S. Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this Notice. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this Sources Sought Notice will not be reimbursed.

We kindly request you review the list of supplies and let us know if your company can provide the materials be submitted on Attachment #1 – Market Research Survey.
Any responses submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice shall include the following on Attachment #1 – Market Research Survey:
1) Legal and Registered Name of Company;
2) Legal and Registered Company Address;
4) Company’s Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Number;
5) Point of Contact, to include telephone number and email address; and
6) Brief Capabilities Statement of Company (Statements should describe recent and relative past performance to the Construction Materials identified within this Notice).
