The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for brand-name only Stryker System 9 Sabo Sagittal Saws and accessories for use by the VA Lebanon Healthcare System located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

Solicitation Details:

Product: Stryker System 9 Sabo Sagittal Saws

Purpose: The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a brand requirement for three (3) Stryker System 9 Sagittal Saws and their accessories. Sabo Sagittal Saws are the smaller version of the standard Sagittal Saw and are frequently used in both podiatry and orthopedic cases

Set-Aside Status:

The solicitation is designated as a 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside.

NAICS Code: 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing)

Size Standard: 1,000 employees

Offeror Responsibilities:

Potential offerors are responsible for downloading and returning a copy of the solicitation package, including the SF1449, to the contracting POC. Important Note:

To be considered for an award, all potential offerors must include a letter of authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Stryker. This letter must confirm that the offeror is an authorized distributor of Stryker products. Failure to include this letter of authorization with the quotation will result in the elimination of the offeror from consideration for the contract.
