ITB# REC/260623 Underbrush Removal Service
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING/SITE VISIT: A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 9:00a.m. located at Ft. King National Historic Landmark 3925 E. Ft. King Street, Ocala, FL 34470 and immediately afterwards a site visit will be held at Heritage Nature Conservancy Park 2005 NE 3rd Street, Ocala, FL 34470 and immediately afterwards a final site visit will be held at Scott Springs Park 2825 SW 24th Avenue Ocala, FL 34471.
Scope of Work: The City of Ocala requires the services of an experienced vendor to provide underbrushing and removal services supporting the Recreation & Parks department for various City parks. The Vendor will provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the project.This is a lump sum project. PLEASE NOTE THAT SITE VISITS FOR ALL THREE LOCATIONS ARE MANDATORY. FAILURE TO ATTEND ALL THREE WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE BIDDING PROCESS.
