The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:
1. Schedule ‘A’ – 62 Street
Topsoil stripping, lot grading, ditch grading, catch basin and storm main installation, culvert installation, appurtenance adjustment, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt road construction, gravel road construction, topsoil replacement and grass seeding.
2. Schedule ‘B’ – 69 Avenue
Topsoil stripping, water and sanitary service installation, ditch grading, appurtenance adjustment, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt road construction, topsoil replacement and grass seeding.
