OPS - Mobile Classrooms

Project start date: ASAP upon contract acceptance; must be completed no later than Wednesday, August 6, 2025
Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment to perform the following:
1. Supply and install one (1) mobile classroom unit, not to be smaller than 28’ x 72’ containing two (2) classroom spaces and two (2) restroom spaces.
2. The unit shall be equipped with adequate heating and cooling systems to maintain comfortable and acceptable indoor temperatures throughout all seasons.
3. Delivery of building from contractor’s location to our building site located at 515 James Hance Court, Exton, PA.
4. Block and level of building unit on abs pads.
5. Anchor building unit into the ground.
6. Skirting around building unit; material and installation.
7. One (1) ADA compliant ramp and two (2) steps included for entryways.
Contract Terms:
25% deposit upon contract acceptance.
Net 30 days after project completion.
