Pike Lake Directional Drill Sewer Line for Manholes
Ordering Location and Address: Pike Lake State Park 1847 Pike Lake Road Bainbridge, OH 45612 Project Background : We need to have approximately 200 feet of 8” clay tile sewer line replaced by trenchless technologies. Work should include all appropriate connections and repairs in our existing manholes. Work must be scheduled though the park office as not to interrupt cabin and lodge reservation. Any damage to landscaping and/or turf in the area to be remediated and re-seeded upon project completion. Site can be accessed Monday-Friday 8AM to 4PM by appointment. Call Pike Lake office at 740-493-2212 to schedule. Delivery : Pike Lake State Park 1847 Pike Lake Road Bainbridge, OH 45612 Matthew.Lewis@dnr.ohio.gov Office 740-493-2212 Completion/Delivery Date: Prior to May 31, 2025. Site Visit & Point of Contact Prior to submitting a bid response, offerors are REQUIRED to visit. Site can be visited Mon-Fri 8am-4pm by appointment to ensure staff is available call 740-493-2212 to schedule. Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract. Project Award For bids involving service projects on DNR property, the lowest apparent bidder will be required to provide 2 examples of similar completed projects including photos. Provide the person’s name, organization name, phone number and email address for each project example. In addition, the bidder must complete a pre-award meeting with appropriate DNR staff to ensure that the materials and scope are mutually understood. Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive. |
