The City of Bowie, Maryland is soliciting bids for the HVAC replacement at DPW Solid Waste Building, 16300 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland. Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5227 until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

All interested bidders are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. DPW Solid Waste Facility located at 16300 Annapolis Road, Bowie.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5227 prior to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Thursday, October 23, 2025, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.
