The remaining roof at the SHA Centreville shop that needs to be coated is Approximately 13,500 sqft, and the product that was previously used on the front half of the building was GAF acrylic base coat with an acrylic high tensile topcoat. Per The manufacturers specifications to achieve a five year warranty. The base coat will need to be applied at a rate of 1.5 gallons per 100sqft, and The topcoat will need to be applied at a rate of 2 gallons per 100sqft to achieve the manufacturers five-year warranty.  Small business reserve.  This is on the Eastern Shore.  SHA is ready to move quickly if you can install in May or June.  If you want to tour the roof at this facility, their number is 410-758-0700.  Point of contact is Keith Rhodes or Matt Voshell.
