Solicitation Summary
St. Mary’s College of Maryland (SMCM) has a need for charter bus services for travel of the College’s athletic teams and other College sponsored groups to and from various locations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Requirements are for Mid-size (25 – 30 passenger) and full-size motor coaches. Some trips will require overnight stays. In some instances, the teams will stop for a meal when traveling to and from destinations. In those instances where the size of the group does not warrant the use of a full-size motor coach a determination as to the required amenities of the vehicle will be made by the ordering activity.
