ODH - Breast and Cervical Cancer Project (BCCP) Client Management System Database RFP

The Ohio Department of Health is seeking Proposals from organizations who can provide client management for both BCCP and WISEWOMAN. The client management system must provide the ability to track client eligibility, client services, client results, and billing. Additionally, the system will be used to authorize claims to submit for payment. The system must have the ability to enable Ohio’s BCCP and WISEWOMAN programs to submit required Minimum Data Elements to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Finally, the system must provide the ability for ODH staff to query the system for needed data.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000033788 Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ ODH RFP #SRC0000033788/DOH56991 - Technical Proposa l” and " ODH RFP #SRC0000033788/DOH56991 - Cost Proposa l” as appropriate.
