Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Case Management System

The Equal Opportunity Office (EEO) within the Civil Rights Division requires a cloud-based compliance line and case management system. It must allow employees or applicants for employment to file concerns regarding discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, or retaliation. Additionally, the compliance line and case management system must allow investigators to input said concerns. The case management system will accurately track and manage cases consistent with RTD investigative workflow, retain records, and will have reporting capabilities.
