This requirement is for: Employment and Social Development Canada(ESDC)

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualify under Tier 1, for the following stream(s): Stream 2: Business consulting/change management services

The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

1.        Big River Analytics Ltd.

2.        Goss Gilroy Inc.

3.        NATTIQ INC.

4.        MQO Research Inc.

5.        PRA Inc.

6.        R.A. Malatest & Associates Ltd.

Description of the Requirement:

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the services of a Contractor to design and conduct electronic surveys in support of the evaluation of Student Work Placement Program. The surveys will target three stakeholder groups:

•        employers;

•        post-secondary education (PSE) students; and

•        PSE institutions.

The surveys are one of the multiple lines of evidence identified in the evaluation plan to assess the Program’s performance, notably the achievement of program outcomes related to student work-readiness, skills acquisition, employability, as well as the benefits and disadvantages for employer organizations and PSE institutions.

The Contractor must have the capacity to carry out the surveys in both French and English.

Security:

There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 – Resulting Contract Clauses.
