The Contractor shall perform monthly, semi-annual and annual preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for all radiographic medical equipment for the dental and radiology departments that are not serviced by the Indian Health Services Bio-Med Dept. Services will be performed at the Hopi Health Care Center, Polacca, Arizona.
