Kingston Sewer Pump Station Improvements, Phase 1 Design-CA-CI

Notice is hereby given that the City of Kingston is issuing RFQ 25-24 seeking to retain a firm to provide design, engineering, and construction management services and to develop construction cost estimations, construction documents, and construction phase services for three (3) sewer pump station rehabilitations or replacements in the City. Pump stations at Harding Avenue, North St, and Mariner’s are the focus of this design. City of Kingston will select the most qualified response based on a committee selection process. Award will go to a firm with extensive experience in wastewater treatment engineering and design, as well as a proven track record of successful project management and delivery. They will be professional with expertise in wastewater treatment, process engineering, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability. Note that no actual fee proposals are being solicited as part of the response.
