1. This Request for Proposal is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Bridges New Construction. 2. New multimodal pedestrian connection from Bridgeland/ Memorial LRT Station to St. Patrick's Island.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Scheduled operational date is June 15, 2028.
