AAC-RFP-24-0007_PSCA Environmental Assessment

The Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Environmental Assessment (EA) process expertise critical to modifying the Alaska Aerospace (AAC) Launch Site Operator License (LSOL) at the Pacific Spaceport Complex-Alaska (PSCA) in Kodiak, AK. This support will include writing and providing guidance, oversight, and continued technical and editorial support of the EA through final acceptance by the Federal Aviation Administration.


Proposals must be received no later than 5pm prevailing Alaska Standard Time on 7 january 2025 as indicated by postmark or email timestamp and late proposals will not be considered. All interested bidders must register with the Procuring Contracting Officer prior to bid submittal. Unregistered bids will not be accepted.
