Project Description: The work generally consists of routine sanitary sewer line and water line replacements, installation of sanitary sewer and water services, raising of manhole frames for Municipal paving each year and possible emergency repairs to the system. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be evaluated on a unit price basis as indicated in the pricing form. Quantities shown are for bid evaluation purposes only, Quantities are not guaranteed. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at PennBid’s website.
A fee 0.33% of the total work awarded, capped at $6,000, is assessed only to the bidder who is awarded the project.
