Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Project Series - AE

Project Description: The Project consists of constructing Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AE will involve 2 projects throughout the City of Charlotte, 4440 Holbrook Dr, 4611 Denver Av Phase 2. 4440 Holbrook Dr scope will include installation of approx. 26LF 30" RCP; 90LF 36" RCP; 110LF 29x45 Elliptical pipe; 7LF 24" RCP; 77LF 15" RCP; 29LF 15" RCP Class IV. Approx 26 LF of 30" RCP; 56LF 15" RCP; 10 LF 36" RCP will be removed and another approx. 200LF of RCP is to be plugged and abandoned. Scope also intends to replace approximately. 105LF of sewer with 8" DIP and replace (2) sewer manholes. Storm drainage structure replacement, foundation protection, asphalt resurfacing and curb and gutter replacement to also be included. 4611 Denver Av Phase 2 scope will include removal of approximately 75 LF of duel 60" CMP and installation of 65LF of a 10x5 RCBC. R&R 54 LF 6" Water Main; Project to include approx. 314 LF of sewer replacement and (6) MHs. Scope also to include concrete headwalls, riprap, and full depth pavement resurfacing.
