Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide legal research, citation services, printing, and delivery of various publications for the State of Utah Eligible Users.
This RFP may result in multiple awards being made. The methodology used to determine the number of awards is as follows: Proposals that meet the Mandatory Minimums will proceed to the Technical Evaluation with a threshold of 500/700 points. If met, then the proposal will proceed to the Cost Evaluation stage. 700/1000 total accumulated points is required to be awarded a contract.
Length of Contract: 5 years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for (1) one year.
