Project Description: Sealed proposals for engineering and planning services for villages and route 309 corridor studies will be received by the Springfield Board of Supervisors electronically via the PennBid System until 3:00 PM on March 20, 2025. Specifications for proposal can be obtained or examined on the internet at www.pennbid.net at no cost. (Contractors must register in accordance with PennBid requirements) Award of contract, if awarded will be based on total bid, at the sole discretion of Springfield Township; and will be to the lowest responsible bidder. Springfield Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality.
