RECS Resolicit RFP for Architectural services to update the existing State Design Guidelines 8th Edition and Capitol Complex Design Guidelines. The State Design Guidelines document contains criteria to be used in the programming and design of State buildings. The awarded firm will be required to conduct a comprehensive review and update incorporating current MN Statutes, code requirements, B3/SB2030 and other Agency specific requirements, St. Paul, MN. See attached RFP for additional details.
