SunRail Cleaning

The County of Volusia is seeking qualified vendors to provide cleaning services for the DeBary SunRail Station located at 630 S. Charles R. Beall Blvd., DeBary, FL 32713, and the DeLand SunRail Station located at 2491 Old New York Ave., DeLand, FL 32720. Work includes pressure washing platforms, posts, ceilings, and canopies to remove dirt, mildew, and debris, as well as cleaning canopy structures and support poles. Contractors must follow FDOT standards to protect station equipment and surfaces.

Services will primarily occur on weekends, with limited weekday hours allowed. Pressure washing is expected monthly, and canopy cleaning weekly, with no guaranteed minimum amount of work.

Volusia County, under a joint-use agreement with FDOT, is responsible for maintaining the DeBary and DeLand SunRail Stations. This solicitation seeks qualified vendors to provide the required cleaning services for both stations.
