Cal OES requires a Contractor to provide janitorial services at the Cal OES Dixon Warehouse, located at:

2299 Commerce Way
Dixon, CA 95620

The facility comprises approximately 100,000 square feet, including both warehouse and office areas. Of this total, the administrative offices, laboratory spaces, kitchen, restrooms, and break rooms collectively account for approximately 32,000 square feet. Currently, janitorial services are required for approximately 15,000 square feet of actively occupied space. In the event of an emergency declaration, activation, or other operational expansion, additional areas¿up to 17,000 square feet¿may be occupied and will require janitorial services. The Contractor shall be prepared to expand service coverage accordingly upon notification.
