Description


The work shall include the construction of approximately 1,430 linear feet of 2-lane urban roadway with raised median and turn lanes. Work also includes construction of stormwater management facility and related appurtenances, storm drainage system, multi-use path, sidewalk, handicap ramps, roadway striping and signage, sodding/grassing, landscape, hardscape, irrigation, fencing, erosion, sedimentation and pollution control, water main, force main and gravity sanitary sewer improvements (including off-site utilities within St. Marys Rd.and Haddock Rd. Right of Way).

The work shall also include the construction of a 2.0 MGD potable water treatment plant on a greenfield site, which includes the following: One (1) 16" water supply well with 50 HP vertical turbine well pump; two (2) 250,000 gallon domed-topped prestressed concrete ground storage tanks with tray aerators; 2,150 SF CMU control building with brick veneer and metal roof; four (4) 50 HP split-case high service pumps with VFDs; hypochlorite feed system; yard piping; sitework; electrical, with 250 kW emergency generator; separate lift station, and controls/instrumentation/SCADA.
