Separate, sealed bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the aforementioned project.

Bids will be received by the Coweta County Board of Commissioners, Coweta County Georgia, herein referred to as “Owner” and bid documents can be purchased at the Coweta County Public Works Office, 70 Selt Road, Newnan, Georgia until 10:45 a.m. (local time) on April 26, 2024. Bids must be received by 11:00 a.m. (local time) on April 26, 2024, at the Coweta County Administration Office, 22 East Broad Street, Newnan, Georgia. After such time on the same day, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Commission Chambers at 37 Perry Street, Newnan, Georgia. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Bids shall be clearly marked and sealed.

The Major Items of Work Consist of:

1. Traffic Control (Includes Temporary Striping);
2. Milling Asphalt Concrete Pavement; 136,373 SY
3. Recycled Asphalt Concrete: Patching, 9.5MM & 12.5MM, Perma Flex; 22,483 tons
4. Thermoplastic Striping
