Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools is soliciting proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation with a qualified firm to provide an Online Observation and Data Collection Tool for use by WJCCPS administrators and teachers. This tool will provide a mechanism for administrators to perform classroom observations using WJCCPS specific observation forms; School University Research Network (SURN) observation protocols; and provide reports based on observation data.   Any qualified vendor interested in providing services should prepare information in compliance with the specifications described in the RFP.
