Description: Telephonic Behavioral Health Services

• Crisis call center solution
• Service available 24/7/365, with specific need for coverage after-hours, weekends, holidays
• Provide telephone access to assessment, intervention, and intake services for clients
• Clinical assessments and interventions handled around the clock by Masters-level counselors
• 24/7/365 availability of licensed clinical supervisors who provide real-time clinical and procedural consultation
• Access to language interpretation services provided on as-needed basis
• Complete call documentation to be provided securely and electronically
