Scope of Services
The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for East Palatka Septic to Sewer Phase IV Project. This work shall take place in the Dunns Creek area on San Mateo Rd., Butler Dr., Belle Dr., Sanjan Dr., Gail Dr., Riverside Ave., Waterside Ave., Shoreline Ave., Waterway Ave., and US 17 (SR 15) in Putnam County. The work encompasses the construction of individual residential grinder pump stations, small diameter sanitary force main piping and master pump station and force main piping. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to ensure that all sanitary force main piping shall be constructed in accordance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) permit, specifications, and guidelines. The sanitary force main and directional bores under roadways and driveways along US 17 (SR 15) shall be constructed in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) utility permit and specifications as outlined in the latest edition of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the latest addition of the FDOT Roadway Design Standards.
Bid
The Bid portion of this project will consist of the construction of individual residential grinder pump stations, small diameter sanitary force main piping and master pump station and force main piping, as well as directional bores under roadways and driveways along US 17 (SR 15) connecting to the existing 6-inch sanitary force main at the southwest corner of US 17 (SR 15) and Horse Landing Road in compliance with current FDEP and FDOT standard specifications.
