25-225 After-Hours Janitorial Services at the Pleasanton DMV Field Office

**MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE**

Bidders are to meet at the flagpole.

The awarded contractor agrees to provide the DMV all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform after-hours janitorial services at the Pleasanton DMV Field Office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

Bidders are required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434).

The anticipated term for this contract is 2/1/2026 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 1/31/2029.

Questions are due 11/10/25 @ 4:30 p.m. Answers will be posted no later than 4:30 p.m. on 11/13/25.

Bids are due 11/19/25 by 11:59 p.m. and must be emailed to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov.

The current contractor is Quality Cleaning Professionals, LLC.  The current contract is for mid-day and after-hours services and the contract total is $135,972.00.  Please note that mid-day services are not included in this solicitation.
