   Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide a new scissor lift and the removal of the current scissor lift at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ IAW the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

   
   

Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses.

   Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for the delivery of a new scissor lift and the removal of the current scissor lift at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ IAW the specifications detailed within the attached draft PWS.

   Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted by email to Contract Specialist, SrA Ronnell Foster (ronnell.foster@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, Lizbette Zalybniuk (lizbette.zalybniuk.1@us.af.mil). Responses are due no later than by 5pm Eastern Standard Time on June 26th, 2025. Any questions may be directed to the points of contact listed above.

   
   

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333924 with a Small Business Size Standard of less than 900 employees. The Product Service Code is 3990. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size/socioeconomic status in their response under the applicable NAICS of 333924.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the items described herein.

Responses from interested vendors should address the following items:

Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items in the SOW.

Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, UEI number.   Also, please provide the GSA contract number and category the services are available under.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
