Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Corrections
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:Transformer Oil Testing Kits for the Central Utah Correctional Facility (CUCF) and Utah State Correctional Facility (USCF)
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost per Transformer Testing and associated kit.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 years.
