The Town of Windsor is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide services in support of the design for the Mill Brook Hydraulic Study and Erosion and Scour Control Project. The selected firm will provide engineering services to support the design of improvements to the Mill Brook Open Space at 147 Pigeon Hill Road. Services include, but are not limited to, survey, hydraulic analysis, design, obtain permits and preparation of bid documents and technical specifications for the improvement areas to the Mill Brook Open Space.
