Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Furnishing & Installation of Fire Cistern (Underground Water Storage Tank) . Please refer to IFB #25-858 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on October 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST .  Register with the buyer, Kristal McKenrick, at KMckenrick@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. A site visit will be held on October 20, 2025 at 3:30 PM EST. Location: Wolfsville Ruritan Club, 12708 Brandenburg Hollow Road, Myersville, Maryland 21773. Please register by contacting the buyer at KMcKenrick@frederickcountymd.gov.

Due Date:  November 20, 2025, by 1:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened via Microsoft Teams.
