RFP 422-04-05-24 Mechanical Engineering Services for 8 Elementary School HVAC Replacement Projects

Fremont Unified School District (District) is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide custodial supplies, as further described in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

All questions regarding the RFP may be directed to Ian Simon at Ian.Simon@cumming-group.com and must be submitted as further described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The District requests all questions be received  on or by 2:00 P.M on May 28, 2024. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.

Respondents to this RFP should should mail or deliver one (1) electronic copy via email of their submittal, as further described in this RFP. The submittal should be clearly labeled "RFP #422-04-05-24 Submittal", to:

The District requests that all bids be received on or before Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 2:00PM. Submittals received after this date and time will not be accepted.

Each submittal must conform and be responsive to the request.
