EMC Compensation Study 2026

Project Description: Eagle Mountain City desires to attract and retain qualified workers by offering a competitive and rewarding compensation package. To meet that objective, Eagle Mountain is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms knowledgeable in public sector compensation structures. With the assistance of the consulting firm, the City is interested in developing a modern, cost-effective, motivational, engaging and efficient compensation program that will meet the City Administration’s long-term goals for compensation of Eagle Mountain City’s workforce.
ATTENTION:
Proof of Insurance will be required with the submitted proposal.
Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered.
OPENING OF BIDS:
Bids will be opened on or around the bid closing. Results will be posted after bids have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter so we can send the notification of bid results. Bids will also be posted on Eaglemountaincity.com/purchasing. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract.
