The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to solicit bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed companies to provide a new Stinar SPS-6018, or equal, Passenger Stairway. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, delivery, incidentals, travel, and on-site training necessary to furnish a new Stinar SPS-6018, or equal Passenger Stairway to complete the specifications in accordance with the terms and conditions, as described herein for the Richmond International Airport (herein referred to as âAirportâ. Specifications can be found in ATTACHMENT L.
