Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Windsor Keywords: Architect and Engineering (Building), Plumbing and Heating, Consultant Services, Economic Development, Planning and Design Services, Real Estate, Storm Water System Design, Strategic Planning, Transportation Planning, Environmental Consultant Services Bid Description: The Town of Royalton is seeking proposals for engineering and site study work for Hope Field, a municipally owned site in South Royalton, Vermont. The intention of this project is to understand what kind of residential/mixed use development the parcel can support, in an effort to increase housing units in Royalton and provide a new site for the South Royalton Fire Department. The results of this study will inform the Town’s decisions about how to proceed with this site, e.g. whether to seek bids from housing developers and what the parameters and expectations for that process should be. This project is funded by a Municipal Planning Grant that ends on April 30, 2027. All planning funds must be expended by March 2027.
