C.M. Crockett Park Boat Ramp Dock Replacement

The purpose of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed price, lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, permits and, incidentals required to perform all requirements as specified herein, and indicated for the purpose of replacement of the existing boat ramp dock on Germantown Lake in C.M. Crockett Park, in accordance with this IFB and the Project Plan Set. This solicitation is issued by the Fauquier County Procurement Division on behalf of the Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Department, herein referred to for convenience as “Owner”.

A MANDATORY ON-SITE Pre-Bid Conference: will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 1, 2023 at C.M. Crockett Park. Attendance at this PBC IS REQUIRED submit a bid a bid for this project.. Please reference paragraph 1.1 for additional details.
