Transportation Call Center Services

Guilford County Schools (GCS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional call

center services to support transportation operations, customer service, and communication with parents,

guardians, staff, and community stakeholders. The selected vendor will serve as an extension of the

GCS Transportation Department and must demonstrate the ability to provide accurate, timely,

professional, and empathetic customer service in a high-volume, time sensitive environment.

Proposals will be received until 2:00pm, (EST), Thursday, February 12, 2026 by Guilford County Schools

Purchasing Department at 714 Green Valley Road, Greensboro, NC 27408. Proposals should be made to

the attention of Letitia Hines with the RFP#6800 on the outside of the package.
