This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

030ADV25Q0106 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) on an unrestricted basis. No set aside is being used and there will be no evaluated preference for different socioeconomic status.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
